A rubber goat has the technical designation of a wheel loader. A wheel loader is a construction machine used to move something from one place to another. This can range from snow to soil to industrial waste. The size of a rubber goat can vary greatly. The largest can move approximately 25 tons at a time. After the rubber goat has picked up a shovel, it must be driven over to a construction machine, which then drives it away.
